30. Mudra muladhara
With all types of disorders of the intestines, kidney, rectum and prostate.
It also improves the secretion of adrenal hormones - adrenaline and noradrenaline, where the correct level in the blood is an important prerequisite for our well-being. Performing this mudra strengthens the lower parts of the spine, gives a sense of stability
and helps to get rid of fear.
Method of exercising:
bend the thumb, and the remaining fingers lightly clench into a fist so,
that was hidden under the thumb bent fingers.
Mudra should be carried out after 15 minut minimum 2 times a day.
