6. Mudra moon

Mudra księżycaThe internal states of anxiety, excess energy.
It is a proven way to counter insomnia, especially if it relates to the first phase of the disorder - sleep (in contrast to the frequent waking during the night or too early to wake up at dawn).
Method of exercising:
pads combine the thumb and forefinger of the right hand.
Let us join hands in the left pad of the thumb and little finger.
The remaining fingers of both hands are straight.
Mudra should be carried out after 15 minut minimum 2 times a day.
