I am the most important.

Why am I the most important??
If I stay healthy, happy, joyful, cheerful, I will be an example for my loved ones, for the environment.
If the body is in harmony in the physical and spiritual spheres, balance – we don't have any major problems,
and each of our days is pleasant - we are happy. Which translates into good choices, decisions – for life.
If we bring ourselves into harmony, we can help with peace, support your family and surroundings.
Support, any help, participating in various activities for the benefit of others is our "hobby", which each of us has inscribed in our souls - it is even a necessity needed to be realized at the spiritual level.

If we are sick, sad, sensitive, tired, chaos ensues, lack of clear vision, approach to everyday life.
How our surroundings perceive us? What will our contact be?, relationships with loved ones? Everyone probably knows the answers.
We will not be an example, we won't have good relations, we will not be treated by those around us as we would like. If someone requires any help, e.g. when we are sick, how effectively we can help him when we cannot cope on our own? Envy appears, jealousy, wild rivalry within the family or community, working, neighbors etc.
This situation can create a variety of situations, unpleasant situations, e.g. disease, accidents and other such events.
Life only for yourself, with a little, marginal social contact, “locking ourselves at home” has increased in recent years and is creating numerous problems and disruptions in families and communities. Let's avoid such phenomena, let's go out to people, let's talk, let's exchange experiences, let's share the good word, let's help each other, let's support people in need - it will make life easier for all of us, we are going to be happy, and that's what our lives are about.

What is family??
On the physical side, material are the most important people in our everyday lives.
From the spiritual side, at the soul level, every person is our family, close or stranger, bad or good.
Our soul does not divide, it doesn't qualify who is the most important, who should we treat better and who worse?, everyone is brothers and sisters, i.e. neighbors - this is how Jesus treated every person, he devoted his entire life to those in need.

The social segregation in which we grow up from childhood creates numerous disturbances on the spiritual plane, at the level of the soul,
which translates into the physical plane and results in numerous problems - wars, conflicts, suffering, exploitation, bullying and everyone loses, such events happen to each of us.
Lack of respect for every human being, tolerance, empathy in society has grown to a dramatic level and threatens the entire civilization, it creates more and more unnecessary problems and we all lose from it, it happens to each of us.
To change this, for prosperity to reign, spokój, joy, prosperity throughout the Earth – you have to start with yourself…

We live in difficult times, a lot has already happened but there is still more ahead of us.
Our lives will change radically in the near future.
Current style, the pattern of life will change completely.
Many aspects of human life will be fundamentally changed.
Nothing will be the same again.
What it will be like depends largely on us.
There is a need to talk about it, don't wait, look for good, reliable solutions, beneficial to every person.

Anger, hate is one of the main problems in the world: wojny, suffering hunger, poverty etc.
It is the opposite of love, it inhibits spiritual development - our main goal of being on earth.
